請記念和關注美國加州第八號提案(Proposition 8)是否違憲正在3月26-27日在美國最高法院進行聽審，詳見加州八號提案”將在3/26-27進行聽審禱告

願主 光照美國最高法院的相關法官，為保護美國一男一女的婚姻制度 (見Defense of Marriage Act [DOMA])作出合法合憲並合 神心意的判決，阿們！

O Lord God, from You every family in heaven and on earth takes its name.

Our Heavenly Father, You are the Source of love and life. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Saviour and the Holy Spirit, grant that every marriage between a man and a woman as enshrined and instituted in the Bible may become for each successive generation a true realization of life and love.

Grant that Your grace and teaching may guide the thoughts and directions of the 9 judges involved in the current appeal hearing regarding the constitutional legality and validity of Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in the United States.  Dear Lord, we supplicate on behalf of the husbands and wives who are joined together by the traditional marriage and who have the legitimate desire to nourish and prosper their families with a good will to sustain the generations which can find grace in your eyes.

We also pray for all the families in the world which might be affected by the ruling of this US Supreme Court case. Dear Lord, grant that no one will be misled and ensnared by things such as the legalization of gay marriage. Help and guide our younger generation to understand the importance and blessings concerning the one man to one woman marriage. Let our children find in the family solid support for their human dignity and for their growth in truth and love. Grant that love, strengthened by the grace of the holiness of marriage, may prove mightier than all the weaknesses and trials through which our families are facing nowadays

O Lord Jesus, grant that your Church may faithfully, effectively and fruitfully fulfill her worldwide mission to preach the Gospel and the truths for the family. We humbly ask this of our Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. Amen.
